  • All financial transactions between customers and vendors are direct

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

EverAfter disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose
  • Guarantees of vendor quality or performance
  • Assurances of service availability or error-free operation
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy of information

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee successful vendor matches or bookings
  • Users assume all risks associated with vendor selection and services

10.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EverAfter, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Your interactions with vendors or other users

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by:
